Another blow to ex-pat Brits banking at home. #Barclays Bank, UK. OMG. Overdraft charges now 75p-£3/day overdraft charge instead of 19.3% AER. Get this. On a constant £2,001 overdraft cost, now£1,095/yr,  not £386 before June 16, 2014. That is the date the new overdraft interest rate regime was introduced. This follows a trend in Britain's High Street banks. Beware. This is a colossal change in overdraft account charges compared to previously.
